   Pack the item with a bit of care.

   Follow the instructions you received and ship it to the address provided.

   Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error was on our side (in that case, we'll take care of it, promise 💪).

   As soon as the package arrives and is verified, we'll proceed with the refund.
