The main questions and answers
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders for in-stock products are shipped within 2 business days. Pre-order products will be shipped when available.
When does the product I booked arrive?
You can find the estimated release date by logging into your account in the pre-order section or on the product page. We try to update the release dates as much as possible but this information is not always communicated to us by the distributor. We do not know for sure when a product will be delivered to us.
The parcel has been in transit for several days. What should I do?
Contact us via one of the available channels indicating your order code, we will contact the courier to get updates and help you as best we can.
The package has not been delivered due to an incorrect address
Contact us indicating the order code, we will verify that there has not been an error on our part, in which case we will send your package again at our expense.
If the error is the courier's we will try to find a solution with him, if he fails unfortunately we will have to send the package back at your expense or refund the value of the products.

Are the products on the site immediately available?
All products indicated as "Immediately available" are ready to be shipped from our warehouse.
The products indicated with "Preorder" are available to be reserved and will be shipped when they physically arrive in the warehouse.
Products indicated as "Available from supplier" are those products that we do not currently have in our warehouse but we can order them from the supplier. Once we have received the order, we will order it and ship it as soon as the supplier's shipment arrives.
Can I order products in stock and pre-order products together?
If the order is placed by placing the products in "pre-order" with the "total balance" method, this will be shipped when all the products in the order are available.
If the order is placed by placing the products in "pre-order" with the "down payment" method, these will be divided into several orders and the products in stock will be immediately shipped.
How long do I have to pay for a pre-order?
You have 30 days to be able to pay a reserved product, during these 30 days you can wait for the arrival of other reserved products to pay them together and pay for a single shipment or you can insert other products in stock to make a single shipment or reach the threshold for promotions active.
When do I have to pay the shipping of a pre-order paid with a deposit?
Payment for the shipment of a product booked with the "down payment" method will be requested at the time of payment and will depend on the total weight of the cart which will vary if you pay more products together or if you add products in stock to the cart.
Is it possible to pay by installments?
At the moment it is possible to do it with Paypal Later.
How does the points collection work?
For every purchase made on the site you will receive points based on the value of the products purchased.
The points can be converted into discounts by accessing your account in the "My loyalty points" section.
